Bid more than the standing bid. You pay your bid, plus 10% of the bid you beat, plus a 5% ante into the pot.
Get topped and you are credited your whole bid plus that 10% at once. Claim it any time.
The bell. The standing bid at the bell takes its bid back plus the whole pot. A bid in the last two minutes pushes the bell two more.

worked example

Ana opens at 20,000 and pays 21,000 (1,000 ante).

Ben tops her at 30,000: pays 30,000 + 2,000 cut + 1,500 ante = 33,500. Ana is credited 22,000 at once.

Nobody tops Ben before the bell. The pot is 2,500, so Ben takes back 32,500.
